          "The process considers how one can allow oneself to exist in one’s grief, even if just for this moment we allow it. To soften a heart of grief is not to get rid of it or play to the colonial disruptions of grief, set as a ‘melancholic paralysis’. There is no ask of ‘moving forward’, but rather re-membering, or what I have understood for most of the process: anticipating."
